In this episode I got over a few things. I talk about how you pretty much have to suck it up and write down what you dreamt the night before. This is essential for you to remember your dreams. The other thing that I go over is reality checks. Basically we want to make it a waking habit that you do reality checks throughout the day. This way, we want to hopefully make it so you do it in your dreams and realize it is a dream and poof now you're lucid.
