Valter describes aspects of his role within Deloitte as assisting organisations to digitally transform by taking them on a journey of business reimagination! Going on a journey with organisations through a variety of phases by educating and helping create an understanding on the importance of digital transformation for the survival of the business all the way through to the implementation of the solutions with high regard to the human factor within the process.

“We’ve moved into a world where we have got to become comfortable with being less accurate at predicting and become more comfortable at navigating through this constant change that we're in” Valter.
