29: Mari: Peruvian/American Author Relocates For Love

Mari is a Peruvian/American who faced the same difficult challenge as her mother— that is, meeting a special someone at work and having to choose to continue life as is or leave it all behind for love.

We hear her mother’s story and how it influenced Mari in a major way and even set the stage for what she would face later on.

Mari talks about spending summers in Peru, big dreams of becoming an author, taking the plunge to transfer jobs in a completely new language, and making a new country a permanent home.
