I get questions like these a lot...."What is wrong with me? Why can't I figure this over drinking thing out?" "Why can I just cut back and stop thinking about alcohol?" 

My short answer to all of these questions is BELIEF. 

Today, I'm inviting you to listen in as I share what beliefs are. How belief affects our actions. Plus what you can do to start uncovering your beliefs. 

As long as a belief exists for you that alcohol is benefiting you in some way, you won’t be able to take the actions to change your relationship with alcohol. 

Listen in this week as I share some of the most common excuses and reasons people give me for why their situation is different or unique, and why your brain will always try to prove that to you. 

I’m highlighting some of the lessons I teach here that are key to changing your relationship with alcohol, and from there, you’ll be able to start uncovering your own personal beliefs so you can see for yourself what's truly been holding you back.
