Hi friends! It has been a little over a week since I posted my first yoga class. I am so motivated to keep these classes coming. Please contact me via e-mail or message and comment me here with any questions or concerns you might have regarding this yoga class. Also, suggestions are always welcome. I am brand new to podcasting and would love any help!


The class is one hour long. It is a Level 1 class because we do a simple asana practice. There is a strong focus on alignment and muscular engagement, so do not worry, you will still have the chance to sweat
