She addresses a few responses she got when she asked this to her Instagram followers and she gives advice to some of them. Are you struggling with work, health, family life? Do you need to seek counseling or get an accountability partner? If you know what is holding you back, what is preventing you from taking action to make progress in these areas of your life? Emily gives examples of what you can do in order to take action. But, if you don't actually have the intention to change your life, you won't take the actions necessary. Get clear with yourself, do you actually want to change?
