What is the story you're telling yourself? Tell me all the reasons why you aren't getting to where you want to get to and i'll show you the excuses that are holding you back. Ask yourself, is this story empowering or disempowering? Identify & release the disempowering story. Understand that it will feel like "reality" to you, because it currently is. But the key is to ask yourself if you want to partner with that belief & reality, or if you want to create a new one. Write out the empowering narrative and choose to partner with that one. That will help you to take aligned action with what you want for your life.
