In June of 2014, 20-year-old Katie Hay was walking home, looking forward to spending the evening with her boyfriend, when she was confronted by a stranger with a knife. As the man ran off, she realised she had been stabbed in the chest. Unfortunately, the attacks continued over the following weeks, and it became immediately obvious that the random attacker was targeting women, but why?
