The Happy Workaholic Podcast is now going to air on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday! That’s right! Three shows a week.

I decided to split up the topics per day and shorten the shows so it would be easier for you to navigate through each and every week.

Here is what you can expect on the new shows starting today…

Monday: Mindfulness, Personal Development, Mental Health
Awareness, Life Hacks and more.

Wednesday: I Chose This Life Series featuring inspiring Female Entrepreneurs. You can get caught up on those episodes here: ichosethislife.com

Friday: Business, Networking and Podcasting Tips and Strategies.

I’m also sharing a new therapy I’m about to start called EMDR.

Over the weekend I started my new workouts and I would love for
