Critics of the Bible often attack the first eleven chapters of Genesis. But D. A. Carson, channeling Francis Schaeffer, finds that some portions of chapters 1-11 are essential "for the rest of the Bible to be coherent and true." Now, FBB contributor Shafer Parker suggests that if we're going to accept Carson's argument, there is no logical reason not to believe the entire passage is the Word of God.
