This week Andrew reflects on the remarkable momentum in women’s sports over the past few years & sits down with women’s sports trailblazer Shannon Higgins-Cirovski. Shannon was a star midfielder for the US Women’s National Soccer Team in the 1980s and early 90s — and played a pivotal role in the team’s championship run at the first ever Women’s World Cup in 1991. In 2002, Shannon was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame — at the time, just the 3rd woman to be bestowed that honor. In this conversation, Andrew & Shannon explore her trailblazing journey & the success secrets behind her extraordinary career. This episode is filled with actionable ideas on leadership, finding your strengths, overcoming fears, & so much more.
