Michelle Carter won the gold medal in women's shot put at the 2016 Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro. She set the US record at the event and became the first US female athlete to win the event since the women's shot put competition began in 1948.  The self-proclaimed "Shot Diva" sits down with Andrew for a candid conversation about goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and empowering others to achieve their dreams.
