YOUR EMOTIONAL JUNK DRAWER IS OVERFLOWING

We all have a utility or "junk" drawer somewhere in our house.

For most of us, it’s in the kitchen.

It’s that place we throw all the little things we don’t have another place for.

Batteries, pieces of string, screwdrivers, tacks, nuts & bolts, scissors, etc.

Overtime, the little things pile up and the drawer starts to overflow.

It becomes unmanageable.

We can’t find anything in it anymore. It may even get to the point where it’s difficult to close or open it.

We often deal with our emotions the same way.

We throw them in an "emotional junk drawer" until we have the space to deal with them.

Here’s how to deal with the "junk" in a more manageable way.
