IN ORDER TO SEE WHAT’S IN FRONT OF YOU, SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WALK BACKWARDS

In my healing journey, I’ve realized that in order to get to a place where I feel like I’m able to move forward is when I can see something in a different light, in essence - shift my perspective.

Sometimes we resist shifting our mindset in relation to our trauma because we think that it means we have to dismiss, pardon, agree with, or forget about it.

In this week’s episode I talk about how the path to clarity often comes when we approach something from the opposite direction.
