Dino and Shannon Watt cause high-level entrepreneurs and influencers how to discover more passion, fun and excitement in their marriage. Discovering that no success, celebrity or accolades outside the home will ever be as powerful as the potential failure in the home.
Both Dino and Shannon were raised in Southern California. It was there, at the age of 5, where they first met. They recently celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary. They now reside in the Salt Lake Valley, UT with their 3 children ages 14, 12 and 11 years old.
After experiencing his parents’ painful divorce at the age of eight, Dino had a passion for figuring out how to create a thriving marriage so that no other child would have to experience that pain.His mission really ignited in 2006 while working as a success coach. That year he was awarded Coach of the Year by the Enlightened Wealth Institute. Many of his students were married couples trying to grow a business. In his coaching sessions Dino noticed how frequently couples struggled to effectively work together in their business. Sometimes they had different working styles, goals or means of communicating, undoubtedly causing conflict in their marriage. This realization gave him the opportunity to teach his clients how to incorporate specific systems into their business, and more importantly, marriage. Soon couples were achieving the success in both their business and marriage, they desired as a result of Dino’s individual coaching. It was through this feedback and encouragement The Business of Marriage training was created.
5 years later The Business of Marriage is now THE premier marriage training available. Dino and Shannon help couples infuse basic business systems, and fresh ideas on communication into relationships. Using an insightful, informal, and a highly entertaining approach, their clients are able to achieve the success in their marriage that matches the success in their business.
Through their passion for, “changing the direction of divorces in the country… then the world”, Dino and Shannon are creating a unique way to impact and enrich the lives of everyone they meet.
