In this teaching episode, I share with you some practical tips for incorporating self-care into your everyday rhythms so that you can move out of a place of just surviving each day. The concept of self-care is more and more common in our day and age, but often we are just pandering to our Enneagram Type and not our authentic self. When we think about self-care, we might have a list of self-soothing or comforting activities, but I want to explore with you how we might intentionally care for our heart, mind, & body with our Enneagram Types in mind.
