Life's rhythm can be so agitated that we can sometimes get lost in a swirl of multiple jobs, running after our obligations and never having enough time. We are forced to leave our mental, spiritual, and physical health in the background. And we feel we can't get out of it because money is never enough, and we must keep going. We need to ask ourselves what is real for us, what we need, and take a stand for our own sustainability.

In today's episode, I have an inspirational conversation with Christine Arylo; she is a Transformational Leadership Advisor and Coach, MBA, Social Impact Leader, and founder, Wisdom Teacher, best-selling author, and Speaker. Christine combines her more than 20 years of experience working in brand marketing, business strategy, and HR with years of wisdom-based training on conscious leadership, indigenous and feminine wisdom, and yogic science to lead people into living their lives, business, organizations, and relationships differently.

We talk about her latest book, Overwhelmed and Over It, what motivated her to write the book, and how it was the process of writing it. We also talked about her desire to create a sustainable version of success for people and what happens when we feel we are at either a breakdown or breakthrough point in our lives. Christine explained the power of stillness and how to reach up to the divine and let it in.

Tune in and find out why simplicity has nothing to do with lack of significance.
