Today’s guest is one I’ve been anticipating for quite some time. After uprooting her life and career prospects to New York City all the way from Melbourne, Australia, Ginni Saraswati has gone on to successfully create the podcast production company Ginni Media, of which Enhanced Living is a proud client. Ginni has also worked extensively in radio, hosting, event management, and the media industry for a large portion of her life and is even the host of her own weekly podcast, The Ginni Show.

In this episode, Ginni shares what led her to eventually founding Ginni Media, how running a company has taught her to trust and release control as a leader and why self-care has been such an integral practice for her to incorporate into her life. We also discuss the complexities that come with moving so far away from home and how she has managed to overcome those tough emotions while residing in the US.
