For the third podcast I am very happy to have the team of DarkAero on the show. They are a team of three brothers - Keegan, River, and Ryley Karl. They are engineering the fastest longest range aircraft you can build in your garage!

Their inspiration for the company and the DarkAero 1 grew out of years of visits to EAA AirVenture. Over those years they were always looking for new kit aircraft attempting to push the limits of speed, range, and efficiency by leveraging the latest tools, materials, and technology.

After a few years of quietly researching, testing, and experimenting they decided to leave their engineering jobs in July 2017 to pursue DarkAero full time with the mission of creating the best kit aircraft.
