Another scheduling issue this week results in Andrew Weaver coming through for me and providing Episode 6 of the Ironman Year One show we did WAAAAY back in November of 2013 with Anna Vocino.
Wow ... I have been doing this a LONG time
This is a GREAT episode, was a lot of fun to do (even though my mic at that time was cheap and buggy). We talk a lot about body image and shaming, and a bit about the book she was writing at that time which is now out ("Eat Happy").
Enjoy the walk down memory lane, and don't hold me to anything. It was 4 years ago!
