Happy July 4th! Today, we dig deeper into our trinity, moving from the body to the unseen mind. Continuing our summer theme of returning to oneness through rhythms of recovery. This month we will consider the mind from the lenses of identity, transformation and discernment.

This months key verse is Romans 12:2 "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. " We encourage you to write down and meditate on this verse every day of July.
