Bridget Aileen Sicsko is the founder of Exalted Publishing House, a podcast host and a visibility coach for female, spiritual business owners. She creates standout stars by helping them write books, get on podcasts, speak stronger, sell more and most importantly - share their story. Bridget believes in the power of words, stories and voices to shift our view of reality, our potential and our purpose on the planet. In addition, she considers herself a master community builder and has gathered hundreds of female leaders in her online community, mastermind program, networking events, and women’s circles. Bridget's magnetism towards spiritual and healing work started at a young age with a lyme disease diagnosis. The diagnosis led her on a healing journey as she immersed herself in learning about holistic nutrition, ayurveda, and the idea of "food as medicine". She became a yoga instructor, holistic health coach and ayurveda workshop facilitator all before the age of 24. Beyond her work, she is an avid athlete, trail runner and Spartan Racer. She tends to find "herself" on the mountain and finds that running and racing is the perfect metaphor to navigate the at times, challenging, entrepreneurial journey. In addition to racing, she is also a newbie home gardener and spends her free time watching youtube videos on growing methods. In this episode we discuss the importance of visibility, leaving a legacy, publishing, the puzzle pieces of existence and the power, potential and purpose of storytelling.
