The new documentary film "Mind Over Matter" skillfully tells the inspirational story of Brandon Mendenhall, who was born with cerebral palsy. Despite having a left hand that was virtually paralyzed (among other debilitating difficulties), Brandon found a voice in music and, against all odds, overcame and began playing guitar. After years of struggle and hard work, he now plays with a talented band called The Mendenhall Experiment and has won awards and played alongside big names in music and at some big shows - proving we should all rethink our view and treatment of those with "disabilities"!
