In today’s episode, I talk to Sally Fazeli; Self Love and Healing Mentor. We discuss Sally’s journey living with and recovering from an eating disorder, and the important roles somatic work and self love have had in her healing. We also discuss how after falling pregnant with her third child, Sally chose to take back her power and educate herself around having an empowered pregnancy and birth, becoming a birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher in the process, and how this led to Sally now working with women who want to experience pregnancy from a place of love and not fear with her brand new Empower Your Pregnancy membership.
This is a really deep and moving episode packed full of wisdom from one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met.
The book I mentioned regarding creativity is The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron
Sally’s book recommendation is A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle
