About Lucie

Lucie is a plant-based, sun-loving and kindness-giving yogi. Her motto is "Always Be Kind" because you never know what anyone is going through at any given moment and she solely believes we need a lot more compassion and loving kindness in the world. Lucie enjoys reading books, going to coffee shops with friends and spending quality time taking care of herself and her loved ones. She hopes to use yoga as a way to infuse well-being into every one of her client’s lives. After completing her bachelor degree with a first class honours in Nutrition and Health she continued to follow her passion for healthy living and did a 200 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training and a 60 hour Yin yoga teacher training. Lucie’s mission is to inspire everyone in the world to feel and be the best version of themselves.
