An interview with M:BRACE Series facilitator Tavish Forsyth, an MC3 Roster Artist and founder of Bird City Improv. Tavish is leading a healing- and wellness-based professional development opportunity called "Creative Space & Intention," using improvisation and interior design techniques to help participants use what is available to create an optimal environment for themselves, that will take place at 1pm-1:45pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. The M:BRACE Podcast is a chance to learn more about the AEMS-MSDE M:BRACE facilitators as humans, as artists, as fellow individuals living in and through the COVID-19 pandemic and to learn how the arts help us all survive.
Important term that Tavish uses in this interview: "Hygga" (pron. HOO-GA), the Danish term of cosiness and comfort.
