I also share some learnings I have had in teaching my kids about priorities and scheduling over the summer.

Inspired Action Takeaway today is to review your weekly flow and decide if you have your priorities clear OR one of your priorities you want to do better at. Next I want you to throw out 6 feeling words that will describe your fall and winter and then with those in mind create a better feeling routine/schedule with the limited time you have outside of work. I know this can be a really emotional exercise so go slow, give yourself grace and remember it's taken me years to get to this place.
