Continuing from part I,  most people have not gone through any special training to learn how to handle stress, or, to learn how to use it.  In this episode, we travel through three steps that will help you to understand how you can see and use stress.  It begins as a matter of perception which has been taught from somewhere, or, somebody.  You can change the way you handle it, free yourself of associative negative mindsets, and move on with your life in a magnificent way.  The negative stress factor can be a thing of the past.
