Join Jeanne Catherine as she interviews Brad Stoller and Pam Gibson to discover something beyond creams, diets, exercise, or self-help practices and step into a new understanding of your innate wellness!

Wake up and find a totally new understanding of how to thrive during and after a health crisis. Learn from two people who experienced waking up for themselves!

Brad Stoller has been an athlete of some kind most of his life, ranging from football to dance. He has been obsessive about exercise and fitness and health related eating practices including “raw food” for long periods, fasting and juicing and many other diets. He has taught yoga, Martial Arts, Alexander Technique and drama for over 25 years. He was awakened to the mystery of the of body through being diagnosed with gall stones over five years ago and began to explore even more severe methods of “health.” Since being exposed to the understanding in the 3 principles, surprisingly practical and simple truths have emerged about what well being is. He is excited to share and explore the process of unveiling wellness in the face of what looks like hopelessness and transforming our perception of our bodies and health.

Pam Gibson

“All these messages say, you’ll make your life perfect if you exercise and do these things – but I’ve done all the things and I have lost hundreds of pounds many times! What this new understanding taught me? None of that is what makes my life worth living.”
