In this episode, I am very excited to have my amazing business coach, Warsha Joshi,
who is also a mastermind facilitator and a serial entrepreneur. She has built many
successful businesses and has been featured on the likes of entrepreneur.com. I’ve
been working with her for the past 3 years and have learned so much.

Born into a business family, Warsha started learning the ropes of entrepreneurship ever
since she was a kid. Growing up in that environment, she was taught how to seek an
opportunity and turn it into a successful business. Warsha has run and sold two
businesses to date and is reaping the rewards of her third one in Dubai.

Despite being an expert in the field and having a solid grasp of the industry, Warsha has
also sought the help of a business coach herself and believes that learning should be a
continuous process. Warsha talks about the entrepreneurial mindset, the top 3 golden
rules in growing and scaling a business, the qualities of being a great leader, some
book recommendations and a lot of great advice on how to cope with the current
pandemic.
