We continually return to the fact that this has been an unprecedented year in education. One thing it has forced us to do is re-evaluate not only the platforms we use to educate but how we, as educators approach our work and life to create a safe and healthy environment for our kiddos so that they can be successful students and people. In our school district this has led to some deeper investigation on what it means to be successful. To that end our leadership teams and school community have adopted the #PositivelyTCAPS mantra and a book study into Shawn Anchor's bestselling book, "The Happiness Advantage."
