Dr. Michelle Krupp, Associate Dean for Education and Curriculum at The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics shares with us the Best Practices in Programmatic Assessment to Ensure Student Success. Dr. Krupp joined the College of Dentistry in 2015 in the Office of Education. She became Associate Dean for Education in 2020 and provides programmatic expertise and evaluation to ensure student success. She leads many education and faculty initiatives that incorporate innovative curricula and new educational technology to prepare students for the future. She has over 20 years of experience in health profession education. Her research interests include the use of self-assessment for faculty development initiatives and curriculum gap analysis.
