“Yoga is a journey. Everyone has a starting point, but you keep showing up and you will find your way on that journey. You find a lot of joy in the journey, in the process…To say I can’t do [yoga] because I’m not flexible is to shoot a basketball when you’re 5 years old, and you miss, and you say I can never play basketball again, I can never touch a basketball again because I’m not good at it.”

– Rajiv Nathan (RajNATION)

On this episode of the Edge of Comfort Podcast, I talk with Rajiv ‘RajNATION’ Nathan about storytelling in the name of expression, his path to becoming a yoga teacher, incorporating the Hamilton musical into a yoga class called #HAMILflow, and how to find your “Why.”
