After Moshira Soliman became ill and fought to get healthy again, she knew that she wanted to help others do the same. Moshira opened a small cafe in Rye, NY called Pureganic Cafe. This place would become a hub for people that wanted to eat, live, and experience a healthier life. 

Over time Moshira began offering nutrition counseling and helping her customers get back to optimum health by adjusting only the food that they ate. Pureganic is now transitioning into a place that ships healthy meat & seafood alternatives as well as gluten-free bread, all over the US.
