As a teenager Daniel played a lot of basketball. He was confident on the basketball court, but no where else. When he started working out, he noticed that confidence translated to all areas of life. More energy. Happier. Everything started to click. He soon started helping others accomplish the same. His mission is to help men with busy schedules love the way they look and feel. Daniel is a Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise and Nutrition University Graduate. He works with his clients to improve the quality of their sleep, implementing exercise into their schedule, and following a plan tailored to their food preferences saves them time and energy.
