Welcome back! Today we have the second to last episode of The 10 Commandments series. Choosing The Right Edge when cutting food. There aren't many edges out there, but making sure the knife you're using is the correct one for the task at hand. We have serrated(double D edge) and straight edge. A general rule of thumb will be if it looks like a saw, then use it as a saw, and if it's straight, then cut straight down. Knowing this simple trick will save you a lot of time in the kitchen and put less strain on your hands. Remember if you have learned something here today to share with your friends and family!
