“One day” will never happen if you keep saying it. Start thinking of one day as today. If you are able to change the mentality of when you are going to accomplish something, you will find you’re able to accomplish a lot more than you originally thought.

Just go and do what you wanted to do. Don’t let the number of excuses outweigh the positive reasons you want to start. Use the 5 second rule when you are trying to complete a goal. If you are trying to wake up early, go to the gym, or start the business you’ve always wanted to start, never spend more than 5 seconds thinking about it. After 5 seconds, your conscious mind wants to keep you comfortable and tells you not to do it. Get started today.
