Building and maintaining habits is essential for getting the results that you are looking to achieve. A lot of the habits that you have will coincide with each other to achieve a common goal. When you are able to put multiple habits together, you will see the best results. Understand that your habits will all be working to achieve the same goal.
There is no such thing as a short term fix. You will have ebbs and flows in everything in life; life is not linear, so understand that there will be set backs. Good things and bad things are bound to happen, so making sure that you can get back on the habits as soon as possible is essential for success. Everything comes down to decisions you make. Whether they are good or bad, you will become the extremity of what you do today. You will likely not go from point A to point B. However, if you stay consistent you will end up getting there over time.
