Previous Episode: 14: Going Outside

It is so easy for us to worry about both the small and big things in life. More than likely we all probably had something that we were worrying about today. Whether it was a conversation with a loved one, dealing with a boss, or maybe something as small as a task you didn’t want to do.

You are only given so much time on this earth. We don’t know the days that we have and we don’t know the days that our loved ones have. What is the point in stressing something that won’t matter in five years, let alone five minutes? Spending one hour a day doing something you don’t like equates to 260 hours a year of things that you could have spent enjoying with family or friends. Take time today to reflect on your day and your week to analyze what you were worrying about. Then make a change.
