Episode 7 - On his way out of the marriage, husband drains equity from the house - March 19 2020

In this Episode 7,  Attorney Barry Boykin and Attorney Kevin Johnson discuss both sides of a thorny problem:  After the marriage has broken down, the husband obtains a huge home-equity loan and draws it down, spending and paying until it is almost gone.  He even pays off his Mercedes. Now, he suggests a 50/50 split of the remainder as part of the divorce.  The wife says THIS IS NOT FAIR, and has other ideas!
