In this episode, I am covering my nine-step process for overcoming fears.  I often have clients directly and indirectly ask me, “How can I overcome my fears?” This may come up as we discuss techniques to overcome anxiety, techniques to overcome a particular fear, or techniques to overcome fear of public speaking.

More specifically, we are looking at the experience of how to be more brave, which answers the question, “What are the keys to being more confident?”

 

How to be confident at work IS how to admit that I have fears IS how to change beliefs in subconscious mind.

 

The best way to change a belief is to really want to do it, know that you can, and to have an easy process for doing so.
