On today's 100th episode of the Dynamic Leaders Podcast, Colin is joined by Mary Wise. Mary is the head coach of the women's volleyball team at the University of Florida. She has the fifth-most wins in Division-1 history, and most among women coaches, while also being the only female to coach in the National Championship match. Mary is entering her thirtieth season with the Gators in 2020.
Topics include: how to sustain a working relationship with one employer for thirty years, what it means to fight "winnable battles," how to create a positive experience for student-athletes by implementing empathy and trust,  what stands out to her as championship-caliber attributes, why it's important for players to understand their specific roles on a team, and how to create a "vision" for your team.
