Words. We throw them around without realizing sometimes just how much power they hold. The Dudes will explore and discuss the things we say and don’t say, and how that can be an indicator of our core beliefs about ourselves, and how many times we give ourselves away in our language, without even realizing it.
The disruption during this episode is that words are everything – they are your most powerful tool when you want to create a desired environment and culture - there are no throwaway words or throw away moments. That the most important element for a leader is to be intentional and deliberate about the words, the declarations, the commitments and the statements they deliver.
