Coach Nick & The Dudes of Disruption explore the role that Unconscious Bias plays in the actions and behaviors we choose to make and don’t make – we all have biases and we are always interacting and relating to others with our biases.

The conversation that the Dudes take on is not about making yourself or others wrong, but rather to become aware of them and to disrupt them in order to create something new. We are always finding ways to confirm those biases so it’s critical to disrupt them especially if they no longer serve us.
