After completing his Mizzou MBA he joined CFR in 2012 and bought the company in 2016. Colson has served on the Insights Association Great Lake Chapter board for 8 years, serving as President in 2020. He is a board member of Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) Tampa Bay.
