Welcome back to the Driven Young podcast and today I am joined by Pro surfer Cooper Chapman.

Cooper recently had me on his podcast called Good Humans, and we really connected so I invited him onto the show.

Cooper is a professional surfer and has been surfing since he was 10 years old. Having achieved incredible results as a surfer he also runs a company called the good human factory and focuses on providing mental health education to young Australians via school workshops.

In this conversation we discuss Cooper's upbringing as a pro surfer in Australia, why he got into mental health education, the importance of meditation, gratitude, getting out of your comfort zone and how to sharpen your claws every-time you get knocked down. And of course much much more.
