Previous Episode: Crowded Space with John Weiman

In celebration of Men’s Mental Health month, Susan welcomes Jason Barnaby, Chief Fire Starter at Fire Starters Inc, to talk about the sh*tstorm that life becomes when we don’t have the emotional tools to manage everyday living. Jason’s mission is to change the world one fiery heart at a time by helping people #ignitehope and #torchfear. Earlier this year Jason had his own breakthrough, coming to grips with the slow and steady build up of depression that cracked him open to better understand his own journey. He talks openly about the impact it had on him, his relationships, work,  and the overwhelming exhaustion that was pulling him down. Jason’s decision to share his story over the past few months has been an act of service as other men have stepped forward to thank him for starting this much needed conversation. Tune in to hear more about the importance of processing feelings and owning your sadness. It’s a strength!
