Genevieve Kim is a storyteller at heart, photographer, and creative consultant to many. She founded and built a creative media production studio called Triangleflash Studio, launched the global photography movement called the EYESEEYOU Project in 2017, and her work has appeared in The NY Times, Harper’s Bazaar, UN Habitats Reports, Business Insider, AdWeek, MOZAIC, and more.

Some of her clients as a creator include the UN Habitats, TEDx, Inscape, The Assemblage, Invisible Technologies, and When We Band Together.

She is actually in the midst of writing a book called “My Big Fu*^ You’s: Memoirs of a Creative Entrepreneur”.

Her openness to sharing her story is why she is such an altruistic, giving, of-service person.

To explain Genevieve in short, it was at age five that she started taking piano lessons and studied to be a classically trained opera singer. Through progression and evolution, she opened a yoga wellness center at one point. Yet, later on discovered her knack for business, as much as she did for creative.

Later, Genevieve got an MBA at Duke University with a concentration in finance and worked as a digital marketing strategist at Deloitte.

But as she says, “after suicidal depression, I realized what was the underlying cause of all my anguish: it was regret. When I gave up on being an opera singer there was a part of me that had given up on myself.” (source: see website below)

Deciding to face her regret once and reignite her creative voice again, she has been on a trailblazing journey since. Some call her a CMO (Chief Magic Officer), an entrepreneur, a creative, a photojournalist. Something that is evident though, is that she is a brand and purpose sherpa - helping build the brand, strategies, revenue streams, and more for individuals and businesses.

Also, check out the value she gives away with her project and podcast that she hosts and founded called The Permission to Promote Fest and The Permission to Promote Podcast.
