Dr Daniel Meltzer is a Boston University trained Emergency Medicine physician. Having originally worked in Healthcare Consulting, he went on to become the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, California. Currently he is the Chief Learning Officer at Practicing Excellence, a physician and healthcare coaching organization based in San Diego.

In this conversation we go deep on the value of trusting your instincts on big decisions in your life and how conversations with our mentors can have lasting impact for years to follow. Daniel is a close friend and is someone who shares the philosophies as to why I began this podcast at the outset.
