Michelle Miller is the CEO of MM FITNESS LLC, a company specializing in mobile personal training and she is also the Creator of an innovative new fitness product for kids age 5-10 called My First Workout®. Michelle is an entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for physical fitness. As a Certified Personal Trainer, with a B.S. The progressive strength and conditioning program she developed focuses on enhancing performance and preventing injuries in children 5 - 10 years old.
